Starting at the early age of eleven, Steve Mason began his musical endeavors in the Springfield area, playing  in numerous, “Top End” bands . He has been referred to as “The Foundation” of the band, “A Living  Metronome”,

IT is evident with every show, Steve still has the tempo of a Human Clock and his performances are second to none. There is Never a Lax performance”! Every show is a different, exciting experience.  Still feeding his desire to help local Percussionists in the area, when he’s not playing cruises, Steve can still be found working at Springfield’s Number 1 Drum Store “The Percussion Shop”.
