ACCOMMODATIONS

The Rose Suite is a two-room suite featuring a Jacuzzi surrounded by skylights and bay windows overlooking park-like grounds; truly a romantic place in which the rigors of life fade away. Intimate furnishings, TV/ VCR, full kitchen.. The Rose Suite Is $100.00 per Night for up to 4 people.
One double bed and two twin beds.

The Conference Center, is the perfect answer to creating one of the most memorable times of your life. Whether it's the Rose Suite, Dogwood Suite, or the Bittersweet Room, we're sure you'll be completely satisfied. Each romantic suite is uniquely decorated and, offers its own private entrance.

AMENITIES

The DelMar Dock is a quiet and serine get-a-way where you can feel the sun while you refresh your spirit in the quiet water passage. Read a book, fish or just watch the water craft as they slowly float the current.

Reservation Policy
Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to our guests and also prevent loss of income to our business. Since Lake Shore Drive on Lake Taneycomo is quiet and secluded and not a high traffic area, we depend heavily in advance reservation business. When we confirm a cottage for you, we refuse all other requests for it. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable. If you cancel a confirmed reservation within 30 days of your arrival, you will be responsible for the full reservation unless we can rent the room for the entire time. Between Memorial Day to Labor Day we kindly request one week minimum rentals, please. Other than this peak summer period 2 (two) night minimums are fine.

Deposit Policy-Check Only***
A deposit of $150.00 per cottage, ($250.00 for cottage 9, 10, 11, & 12) is requested before a reservation of five nights or longer is confirmed. The first night's rent will be sent as a deposit for reservations of less than five nights. We will hold a telephone request for 5 days awaiting your deposit and we will send a confirmation in return to guarantee we are holding the cottage for you. Please read your confirmation to make sure they are correct.

Payment Policy
The balance of room rent for the days reserved must be paid upon arrival. Sorry, but there will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Guests will be responsible for the dates on the confirmation sent out by Lakeshore Resort. When you receive them please make sure they are correct.

Dog Policy secure with Credit Card
We only allow dogs under 25 pounds, and we do charge $9.00 per day, per dog to cover the necessary cleaning and disinfecting for animals. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Do not leave dogs alone in cottages. Owners are responsible for any damage incurred by their dog and cleaning up after them. Sorry we can no longer accept cats due to allergy problems. 1 Dog per cottage.

Fishing

• Lighted, covered boat dock/fishing pier. We have a large stock of bait, tackle and license. A variety of boats and motors are available on request as well as pontoons and guides.

• Covered padded Boat/Stall - Daily $10.00; Weekly $50.00
